Q1 - How to Login for srk.one?

  • Download srk.one from Google Play Store or Appstore.
  • Select your preferred language.
  • If you are an existing customer, then use your credentials for login, otherwise register yourself with the required credentials.
  • For better security, kindly use TOUCH ID Or MPIN.

Q2 - Is MPIN and TOUCH ID required?

Yes, you must use this as a security reason. With MPIN or TOUCH ID, you don’t need to login again and again.

Q1 - How to Customise my Dashboard?

Go to your Profile > Preference > Dashboard > Select/Deselect card(s) you wish to Add/Remove > Save

Q2 - How to Customize my Search filter?

Go to your Profile > Preference > Search Result Filter > Select /Deselect columns you want to Add /Remove > Preview it > Drag and drop as per your requirement > Save it.

Q1 - How to Save my Search criteria?

Go to Search > Enter your Search criteria > Click Save Search (in the bottom) Go to your Profile > Preference > Dashboard > Select/Deselect card(s) you wish to Add/Remove > Save

Q2 - How to Add stone(s) in Basket?

Go to your Profile > Preference > Search Result Filter > Select /Deselect columns you want to Add /Remove > Preview it > Drag and drop as per your requirement > Save it.

Q3 - How to create Packets?

Go to Search > enter your Search criteria > Select stone(s) you wish to make packets of > Click on + button on the bottom right side > Click on Create Packet.

Q4 - How can I apply DDC on stone(s) which are under business process?

Select stone(s) > Click on + button on bottom right side > Apply DDC > Select your suitable time > Apply

Q5 - How can I request to see stone(s) physically?

Select stone(s) > Click on + button on bottom right side > View request > Select date and time suitable to you , Add comment > Save

Q6 - How can I share stone(s) with others?

Select stone(s) > click on Share button(on top right) > Select/Deselect column you don’t want to share > choose your suitable options and share it

Q7 - How to Save stone(s) for Offline viewing?

Select stone(s) > Click on + button on the bottom right side > Save offline
